  1. Warranty Period: From the date you receive the product, you can enjoy a 30-day no-reason return and exchange (without affecting secondary sales, with intact packaging) and a 180-day free replacement service for quality problems.
  2. Warranty Scope: Within the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by non-human damage, including large-area pilling, thread shedding, cracking of the fabric, and severe decline in water absorption performance (not caused by improper cleaning), you can apply for the warranty service.
  3. Explanation of Human Damage: The following situations are not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to: damage caused by man-made tearing, cutting, contamination with corrosive liquids, improper cleaning methods (such as boiling in high temperature water, using strong alkaline detergents), as well as slight wear and hairiness caused by normal use (does not affect use).
  4. Warranty Process: If your product meets the warranty conditions, please contact our customer service in a timely manner and provide order information and photos/videos of product problems. The customer service will respond within 24 hours, and after verification, handle the return, exchange or replacement service for you, with no additional costs borne by you.
